1) Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel most online purchases within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Notify us at sales@purplepassion.co.uk to exercise this right.

2) Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags.
  • Return within 14 days after notifying us of cancellation.

3) Non‑Returnable Items

Unless faulty: personalised/custom items, perishable goods, and intimate/health/hygiene products once unsealed.

4) Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
  • Original delivery costs are refunded only if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

5) Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Return for a refund and place a new order.

6) Faulty or Damaged Items

Contact us at sales@purplepassion.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos where possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including postage, as appropriate.
